A 5 page website for only R499.00 per month: This website rental offer is subject to an eighteen (18) month contract and includes a free domain name and free hosting (normally between R70.00 & R150.00 per month extra) (After eighteen (18) months you will own the website)A 10 page website for only R699.00 per month: This website rental offer is subject to an eighteen (18) month contract and includes a free domain name and free hosting (normally between R70.00 & R150.00 per month extra) (After eighteen (18) months you will own the website)
Conditions applying to this offer:
» For both these website Rental to Own offers you will need to provide See-iT Technologies with a CD containing all the graphics, text, information, files, etc., required to construct the website successfully.» Should the design require the administration of a database, See-iT Technologies will give you a quotation for the costs of designing and programming of the database and upon your acceptance of this quotation this amount will be payable in advance.
» Search Engine optimization and submission of your website to search engines is also included for free as part of the Rent a Website offer (SEO normal tariff is a once-off R750.00 and thereafter R350.00 per month)
» Monthly upgrades and changes to pages are not free and will be done at a tariff of R350.00 per hour with the first hour at half-price (R175.00).
» IMPORTANT! To qualify for owning a website on this Rental to Own offer, you will need to enter into an eighteen (18) month contract with the holding company of See-iT Technologies which is The Internet Group SA. Once the eighteen (18) months are over, you will own the website in its entirety, however, we will then charge you on a monthly basis for hosting (normally between R70.00 & R150.00 per month), and once a year for your domain name (domain R200.00 to R350.00 per year)
» Before your site will be launched, the Rental for the first month and other fees such as Database fees, etc., must be paid in advance.
