» You will need to provide See-iT Technologies with a Certified copy of your Non-Profit and Tax Exemption Certification - No Exceptions!» The See-iT Technologies webmasters will require a CD containing all the graphics, text, information, files, etc., required to construct the webpage successfully.
» Excluding your logo and text, only three other graphics will be hosted on the page. These could include a photograph of the Director(s), the Office Staff, and/or work being done by the organisation.
» Your website will not have its own domain, as it will be hosted on our Servers. Your web address will therefore look like this: http://www.see-it.co.za/yournonprofitname. Should you require your own Domain, you will also need hosting which will be levied at between R70.00 & R150.00 per month extra.
» Search Engine optimization and submission of your website to search engines is also included for free as part of the One Page Website offer (SEO normal tariff is a once-off R750.00 and thereafter R350.00 per month)
» Monthly upgrades and changes to pages are not free and will be done at a tariff of R350.00 per hour with the first hour at half-price (R175.00).
» Any fees payable to See-iT Technologies must be done in advance before any work on the website will commence.
